All my knives are made by hand using manual machines. I do not employ outside vendors or CNC machines to aid in the creation of my knives. All the work is done by myself , by forging my blade, making my own Damascus and using the stock removal method.  

Each of my custom knives is unique because my way to built it is like no other custom knife. Each knife I make as a special design with a my own mechanism like double action opening or special liner-lock the aspect of the knife is also different I like to mixed high-Tech materials like carbon fiber, Kevlar, titanium with luxury material like Premium fossil mammoth tooth, Black Lip Mother of Pearl, gold etc ..  is what make my Custom Knives so unique. 

Most of the Damascus I used is elaborated in collaboration with Christian AVAKIAN one of the best Damascus maker in France, I hve chosen him  for his ability and to be my mentor.  

All my knives are guaranteed against flaws in the craftsmanship. However certain natural materials such as Ivory and Lip Mother of Pearl are not covered due to their unpredictability. Disassembling or abusing with the knife will void the warranty and a fee will be charged to repair any damages.

PATRICK FAMIN knives are custom crafted one at a time using only the finest materials available. When each knife leaves my shop it will be as perfect as we can make it -inspected for any anesthetic or structural defects. PATRICK FAMIN knives are made to last and will, if given a reasonable amount of attention. If you receive one of our knives from us and are not satisfied, you can immediately return it and receive a full refund.  

PATRICK FAMIN knives does not warrant disassembly, breakage or failure of the knife as a result of misuse. Misuse of our knife or any knife can cause serious injury. Failure to properly maintain your PATRICK FAMIN knife can cause the knife's mechanism to malfunction, which could result in injury to you or damage the knife. You should regularly check the tightness of the pivot and other screws and immediately notify PATRICK FAMIN knives if you have any concern about the knife or its operation. You should also keep your knife clean by washing off any salt water, blood or any other residue after use prior to applying the necessary oil.  

PATRICK FAMIN knives are cutting instruments, please use them for the purpose intended. You should be aware that most localities have laws that regulate the carrying and concealment of any knife regardless of the type. Certain knives, blade designs and blade lengths are against the law in specific areas. With changes in national security, knives may not be permitted on certain local, state, and federal property. Although PATRICK FAMIN knives makes knives for servicemen, and law enforcement, it is your responsibility, upon purchasing a PATRICK FAMIN knife to know the applicable laws and regulation regarding the purchase, ownership and possession of one of my knives. 

By purchasing a PATRICK FAMIN knife, you EXPRESSLY agree to assume all risk regarding the use, ownership, and handling of the knife. Likewise, you EXPRESSLY agree to indemnify and hold PATRICK FAMIN knives harmless from any and all liability and claims arising out of your direct or indirect use and possession of one of my knives.

Shipping costs are calculated after i get your full address  and will send the cost via email or  messenger  

For my international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. Colissimo International or USPS International  

If using the post office Colissimo or USPS to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email or messenger  

Receipt of Goods 

 You must notify us via email or phone within 24 hours if you do not receive your package as expected
